Hey guys, do you aware that drinking water is very important as to our health? Do you count how many Liter of water you drink daily or this is not an issue you concern at all? If you never serious as to this all these while, I think this is time you must make a change for a betterment.
Myself is a hardcore coffee drinker esp during my time as a student rushing for back-to-back assignments, I can't go on without coffee besides me. I drink average 3-5 cups of coffee (Nescafe) a day plus very less plain water. But later I did some surveys and read some health related articles, it's advisable to drink 8 glasses of water daily or 2 Liter of water. Fruit juice and soup can be counted but no beverage with high sugar level. Alcohol is definitely out! Caffeinated beverage of course can be taken but make sure just drink not more than 3-cup a day. For me, I have adjusted myself not to take more than 2-cup of coffee and 6-8 glasses of plain water a day. I feel healthier in such a way!

My biggest problem is I don't really drink a lot of plain water although I like to drink other types of liquid like milk and cocoa. I'm not into coffee though ;)
